Competitor analysis

We do a detailed competitor analysis to understand the market landscape and shifts in market share, in order to plan predictable advantages in a competitive environment.

Company analysis

We do a “deep dive” into a range of data points including your company’s annual reports, management structure, investment in technology and future plans. This helps us determine what are your company’s strengths and weaknesses and how vulnerable it might be to changes in the industry. We identify areas of your business that hold the best prospects for growth and areas that might pose challenges that need careful management.

Periodic review

Based on the above steps, we give your company a health check and recommendations to build the strength of your business over the longer term. Our assessment includes identifying early warning signals. We recommend periodic monitoring – for example, every six months or every year – to follow up on implementation of strategies and track the progress of emerging disruptions.
