After more than two decades in the financial services industry, CEO Sajal Arora founded VGrow to help business owners drive growth through access to tailored funding solutions and advisory.
Sajal excelled as a corporate and private banker in India and Singapore for over 20 years with large multi-national banks before he moved to Australia.
A well-rounded and experienced leader, Sajal has a deep understanding of the corporate lending sphere and is well-positioned to navigate the complex, ever-changing process of raising funds. As a lender himself for many years, he observed that business growth depended on securing funding in a timely and cost-effective manner. It was clear: the right advice is critical to business success.

Our Team
Sajal Arora began his career in the financial services industry in 1997. Since then, he has served in senior leadership roles at some of the world’s largest banks – Citibank and HSBC in India. He also worked in Singapore with Barclays Bank, and his last assignment was with BNP Paribas Bank, Singapore as a Director.
Sajal is strongly client-focused, winning him the trust of his clients. With a bias for action and problem-solving ability, he is an agile, highly analytical, and research-driven individual who helps his clients find the appropriate solution, no matter how complex their needs.
